During this engagement, I have performed the role as Senior Filenet Developer. This role included both designing and developing the business process solutions. There are currently 3 ECM solutions in the production environment. These solutions are utilized within the D+H Student Lending and Credit Card services Lines of Business. The technologies used include FileNet P8, eForms, BPM, WorkplaceXT, Content Engine, Process Engine and Application Engine. Custom workflows were designed to tackle a very complex business process flow. And custom eForms were created to enhance the usability to the business user. The solution also included the need for custom WorkplaceXT portlets to enhance the user experience. The backend was designed on an Oracle database, and the UI incorporates the use of Websphere as the Web server. All image capturing was controlled using a Captiva solution.
