GIRE - October 2005 to June 2015 | Chief of development and architecture
In charge of a team of 25 people reporting directly to CIO;
My main tasks were taking technical decision, hiring providers, approving architectures, quality assurance, help to meet the business goals using the technology, managing teams, be the sponsor for changes in the company, for example adopt agile methodologies, implement jira, start with CI;
Responsible for all the software that was developed in company.
Led the devops team that take care of production, I was the 1st technical responsible for production.
Setup monitoring tools and created plans to mitigate possible problems, also we helped to the IT department to meet the business continuity plan.
I started at GIRE as a software engineer, then I became a software architect and after some time I was promoted to Responsible of development and architecture, in this role I was leading a team of 16 developers, defining technologies, architectures and taking part of the full life cycle of the products. Main technologies here were Java and Spring framework.

Technical responsible for the biggest project in the last 10 years: how-argentina-pays-its-bills-19-million-cash-transactions-a-month-on-unreliable-networks
Settle SMS platform, call center software, Electronic Bill Service (SaaS), BPM implementation, Bank Reconciliation, Rapipago, Electronic Payment API.
