Project history


This was the ongoing and until developed project and my major responsibilities as follows:
As part of the design/development team
  • Prepare technical design documents based on functional requirements, and establish specific solutions.
  • Analysing requirement documents and design.
  • Developing WebMethods services as per Standards.
  • Modifying the existing applications on WebMethods and adding the new functionalities.
  • Responsible for development of maps as per EDI standards.
  • Design & develop End to End WebMethods applications consisting of WebMethods Flat file Schema, Maps.
  • Monitor for WebMethods Server platform exceptions.
  • Deploy new applications into the WebMethods Server environment

  • Used the EDI transactions like:
    • 850 – Purchase Order (PO)
    • 855 – Purchase Order Acknowledgement
    • 856 – Advance shipping notice
    • 810 – Invoice
    • 997 -- Functional Acknowledgement
Configured the SQL, Http, SOAP, FTP adapters to complete the flow
