- Hands-on experience of using the CA Service Delivery Manager, Service Now, BMC Remedy & HP Service Center ticketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with the product - SPLUNK to search, monitor and analyzing machine-generated big data, via a web-style interface for the Cloud based applications.
