How do I work?
I am a service provider - not an employee. That must be conscious, who wants to work together with me. I say it consciously, because sometimes I am asked to staff appraisals :). And let's be honest: I only conduct them with my employees. That's why I work for you like a service provider: I accept an order, then the order is processed, you are always informed about it and at some point the order is finished again. When and where I perform this service is of secondary importance - after all, we live digitally!

What I provide?
First of all, a pool of 30 years of experience in IT. I have already experienced a lot, done a lot, broken a lot and repaired a lot more. Nobody can fool me that fast with an X for a U anymore. In addition, like a service provider, I provide the usual tools so that we, the client and contractor, can work together effectively. This includes: a private and secure chat server for fast communication within our project. Here we can discuss topics quickly and effectively and discuss solutions. Furthermore, we have the possibility to hold meetings on a larger scale in our web conferencing solution. Here we have the typical standards: screen sharing, chat during the web session, dial-in via computer or telephone with international phone numbers. Finally, there is a ticketing system where you can store tasks as a ticket and at the same time see the status of the processing. The service itself is done remotely by default, which does not mean that there are no on-site appointments.

On-site appointments?
On-site appointments are useful to get an overview of the location. For example with data center migrations or application introductions. These dates are agreed upon if necessary and then worked off quite stringently. No on-site appointments are arranged according to the motto "Let's see what we do then - have a cup of coffee first". Here we work in exactly the same way as with the remote service.

TIME AND SPATIAL FLEXIBILITY
Basically, I offer my services as remote services. That is because we are living in a digital age and using the possibilities the digital environment is offering us. For working on a remote base I am offering a very interesting charge. And: when using my service remotely, you will receive an hourly rate. A utilization of 100% is not necessary. Billing will be according to the time you have used.

On-site appointments are possible, but will be charged additional!
On-site appointments are useful to get an overview of the location. For example with data center migrations or application introductions. These dates are agreed upon if necessary and then worked off quite stringently. On-site appointments are only billed on a daily basis. Whether you need this time or not is irrelevant.
