• Analysis of business processes in SAP SD and IS Oil area
• Customizing of TD including TAS interface.
• Focal contact for TD and IS Oil related issues for design and enhancements
• Integration testing of end to end business scenarios implemented in SAP along with Client’s Design Team

Bharat Aluminium Co. is the third largest aluminium manufacturer in India. The product range of Balco includes Properzi rods, Rolled Products and Ingots. It has a manufacturing location at Korba in Chhattisgarh state along with four regional depots and seven regional sales offices.
Role: Functional SD Lead module Consultant for Implementation

Role: Functional SD Lead module Consultant for Support Project

Infosys was responsible for providing Production Support and implementing Enhancements for Apple Computers’ SAP 4.5B system. Working as the off-shore SAP Functional Analyst for SAP S&D at Apple Asia Pacific and America, Prasanjai’s domain of expertise included the Logistics and Sales & Distribution cycle. With his past experience of working in huge SAP implementation life-cycles, Prasanjai was responsible for:

• Maintaining close relation with super – user and users.
• Preparation of status reports, weekly/monthly progress reports, activity reports, etc.
• Providing 24x7 post go-live support for Logistics and OM module and initiating CRs (Change Requests), if necessary.
