PROJECT HISTORY
Key Achievements
  • Created and launched several business websites including meshstore.com.au, an eCommerce site built on a Wordpress multi-store platform with Woocommerce and Stripe payment gateway.
  • Led the Marketing team in a corporate re-branding project.
  • Successful implementation of two CRM systems: Sage and Salesforce.com
  • IP Management including acquiring 14 new trademarks, 4 successful patent applications. Several successful IP defences including retrieving a patent for a logistics (container) solution.
  • Full market study and entry strategy into the Australian Automatic Sliding Door market which was subsequently successfully implemented by the business (consulting role)
  • Management and growth of a product range with a turnover in excess of $400M.
  • Designed from first principles the BluClad external cladding system for the £100M Birmingham ‘mailbox’ development, the largest mixed-use building in Britain.
