Designed pivot tables to analyze demographic data for use in investigations and court trials. Tested new versions of Justice Mapper and Justice Mapper Lite (JML) software.

⦁    Project Management. Identified technical issues in the Voting Rights database that reduced its PDF upload speed and devised a solution. Led a team of GIS analysts to implement this solution that increased upload speed by 20 percent.

⦁    Map Design. Collaborated to create 102 Limited English Proficiency (LEP) state population maps for a White House presentation.

⦁    Technical Writing. Created 51 written descriptions of LEP maps and pie charts so the documents were accessible to visually impaired audiences and 508 compliant.

⦁    GIS Training. Designed 20 training manuals for GIS Team to improve quality and consistency of procedures.

⦁    Quality Assurance Team Coordination. Reviewed Department of Justice’s testing guide and determined its noncompliance with current GIS software functions. Produced a new guide that enabled GIS testers to perform their work 30 percent faster.
