◦ Check File system and server tem porary space and report to the m anagem ent. ◦ Working business user requests like DB connection setups,SPDS id ad dition to groups, reset p assword for SPDS user id ...etc . ◦ Setup and config ure A CL's for Team s file system . ◦ App lication restarts whenever required(SAS Services,LSF,PM ,SPDS and RTM ). ◦ Work all all Prod and non prod changes using Change requests.
