I have a wide knowledge and more than eight years’ experience with implementation, configuration/customization and support in SAP IS-U Device Management in Electrical, Water, Sewerage and Gas Companies. I have worked through a full lifecycle implementation. I am very confident in my abilities to implement this module in any Utility business. I also have good understanding of all IS-U modules.
As a Software Specialist I have more than nine years’ experience. I have performed all the roles involved in the software development. I have developed much software for different companies and purposes, using Visual Basic, Oracle, SQL Server and MS Access, so my programming and analytical skills are very strong.

SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant Lead
Responsible about the configuration of all the sub-modules related to Device Management (DM), generation of functional and technical specifications for new enhancements related to custom meter reading independent validations, upload of meter readings, custom estimation routines, custom validation for device installation-replacement-removal, custom validations for technical master data objects, development of custom reports, etc.
Generation of a wide range of reports for the operational, middle and top management levels, using SAP and not SAP tools like SQVI, Visual Basic, MSACCESS, etc.
Solution of the issues/problems reported by the end users and first line support team. Formal testing and presentation of each solution generated to the business. Documentation of all the steps involved in developing a solution (investigation, business requirement specification, unit and integration testing, etc.).
On this client, the implementation was done together for the Electricity, Water, Sewerage, Refuse and Rate services.
2.- MCS - Management Consulting & Services (Caracas – Venezuela) - Client Compañía Anónima de Administración y Fomento Eléctrico (CADAFE) - April 2009 to August 2009.
Gather information about the process of an electrical company in Venezuela, for making a proposal to implant the modules SAP IS-U Device Management (DM) and Work Management (WM).The proposal included estimation of time and resources. The implementation on this client was for the Electricity service.

SAP IS-U Device Management implementation in the electrical company CGE from Santiago de Chile, Activities focalized in the configuration, design of functional specifications and testing of the different transactions that belong to Device Management (DM) and Work Management (WM) modules. The implementation on this client was for the Electricity service.
