Project history
Project: Development of an internal corporate portal based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013
As a result of the project, we managed to optimize, automate and increase the efficiency of the Customer's internal communications, namely, effective information, training, adaptation and teamwork, the MS SharePoint Server 2013 platform for the development of business processes of the Company was created.
Software products such as: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 were used
Microsoft SQL Server 2016, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, Microsoft Skype for Business.
Project: Automation of the process of providing feedback on sales based on Microsoft SharePoint Online
As a result of the project, we managed to achieve automation of the process of interaction between sales auditors and heads of regional offices, providing centralized storage of information based on audit results for all regions, creating a single system for input and editing of information, access rights are differentiated for different users.
The project is executed according to the wishes of the customer, all corrections and adjustments are taken into account in the course of accomplishment of the assigned tasks.
The system is implemented on the basis of Microsoft SharePoint Online. For each user who works on the system, accounts are created in MS Office 365, licenses are assigned in programs: SharePoint; Exchange and Power BI.
