I Start my own company Color Code Studio in Software development and started in Web development.
In short time our clients start to ask us with more services in development and websites.
That is how we start to work in mobile development, software development for apps in windows (offline) and more and better design focused in UX

I went up in the company, taking a better position as the leader of a dev team.
We were focused in web development and in how to do the things better and faster.
I implemented scrum as a principal form of work with the team before I leave the position because of personal purposes.
