Taking a keen interest in the understanding of how people behave and react, the ones with the others, but as well between man and his environment and/or man and machine, I decided to reorient my career by creating my own structure, EFFYSTEMA.

I will support you in improving the performances of your organization and with a view to a better well-being of the people which make it up.

I work into all organization (company, automotive, sport environment) or in any environment in which processes are slowed or where the work environment is disturbed by structural and / or operational tensions.

I also accompany your teams on support functions in project management, change management and practical problem solving like quality issues.

My skills, my expertise in project management, backed by an analytical mind and my systemic approach will contribute to find together an answer to your needs.

Also thanks to a known- being and a sensitivity acquired in different environments (professional and multicultural - automotive industry - sports - handball - associative), and knowing detect collective resources, I can contribute to the collaborative emulation.
