Dev Bootcamp
Full Stack Web Developer in training / Boot
10.2014 - 02.2015
Dev Bootcamp is a 19 week intensive web development intensive training program. We worked deep into the Ruby world, focusing on Sinatra and Rails in web development. We also worked heavily within Javascript to understand the core functionality behind Jquery and Angular.

For our final project, I led a team of developers in building Go Park Yourself, a NYC parking app that takes the guesswork out of parking regulations and will actually remind you when you need to move your car.

Freelance
Freelance 1st Assistant Director
03.2007 - 11.2014
Shoot day crew and schedule management, balancing creative direction and time, managing crew strengths and weaknesses

Through careful planning and constant adaptability, I am able to keep projects on schedule through unexpected challenges. I often consider myself the bridge between Management (Production Company/Agency) and Labor (Crew). I work hard to prevent management from paying any excess while maintaining a safe work environment that treats crew members well.

My favorite jobs include travel, helicopters, driving shots, and celebrities who end up being pretty cool after all.

JWT
Freelance Video Producer
10.2011 - 01.2013
JWT created Macy's Studio as a dedicated production team for it's major client, Macy's. I was brought in as a freelnace producer, covering several small internal projects within the agency. We handled everything from BTS video on major broadcast commercial shoots to re-edits of archived projects. Much of our work was invlolved in the Yes Virgina: The Musical project, including Cannes Lion winning documentary, No Small Parts.

We also aided several internal video projects within JWT, including working with the New Business team on pitches as well as the CEO Bob Jeffries for regular video newsletters to the company. The department was dissolved when Macy's internal video production team took over all these aspects, rendering our department redundant.
