- Working as Licensed Airframe and Engine Engineer: Diagnosed and checked over Airbus A320 Family aircraft
(A320 fitted with V2500-A5 and CFM56-5B Engines)
- Work-scope includes Carrying out Pre-flight/Transit check, Layover, Weekly Inspection, and certifying complications'
rectification, using Airbus Maintenance Manuals
- Perform engine cold section and hot section inspections in accordance with currently-prescribed parameters and with
due and full regard to all relevant safety provisions
- Perform repetitive borescope inspections to identify cracks, burn through, missing metal, erosion and corrosion and
record relevant documentation by the use of record sheets and photo/video equipment.
- Plan activities in an effective manner, review work procedures and standards and propose improvements to procedures to
ensure effectiveness.
- Sign Major Maintenance/ "A"- Checks, removal, replacement, installation and repair on Aircraft Airbus A320 and its
components.
- Assist in carrying weekly checks and delivering aircraft maintenance services to directly support operations.
- Troubleshooting of the airframe and engine with the use of built-in devices and making decisions with respect to fault
diagnosis and rectification.
