My name is Michael Werner Neumann de Souza Soares. I am a Senior Engineer for Electric with more than 30 years of professional experience.

I live and work about 7 years in Brazil. Since December 2004, we have a registered company based in Rio das Ostras, RJ, \"Micros Inova Consultaria Industrial LTDA\"

Since early 2006, I worked as a freelancer for the Finnish company OUTOTEC in the iron ore processing.
Within the projects realized here, I was responsible for planning, procurement and expediting. In addition I was also responsible for inspections and approvals of the corresponding documentations and reports on quality assurance from the suppliers. (WEG, SIEMENS, AREVA, GEA, etc.)

Project meetings with clients or procurement talks with suppliers have been carried out mostly in Portuguese but also in English.

I had the substantive leadership and authority over internal and external personnel, engineers, technicians and draftsman, as well as site personnel. All regional staff.

I\'m so familiar with regional circumstances and characteristics, and can handle it accordingly.
Also well familiar with the local regulations, be it for example with NR10 or NR12, or the common ABNT standards.

I worked also 13 years in the nuclear fuel plants for Siemens in Hanau. Constructed within this period, among others, the plant in Itatiaia in the state of Rio de Janeiro mounted and commission all the equipment and personnel training.

Experience in the independent order processing of instrumentation and control technology, medium and low voltage switchgear of industrial facilities in the following areas: Nuclear fuel element production, Industrial air purification systems, environmental facilities (composting and sewage treatment plants), conveyor and sorting systems, pelletizing and sintering facilities for iron ore, etc.

Creation of technical proposals, according to the customer\'s specific requirements.
Technical and commercial project management (domestic and foreign).

Lead engineer of electrical engineering within the project management.

Preparation of E & C technical documents such as measuring point lists, data sheets, loop descriptions, function and process flow diagrams, measuring points and diagrams, one-line diagrams, sizing, grounding and lightning protection plans, normal and emergency lighting plans, circuit and terminal wiring diagrams, wire and cable lists, interface definition, assembly schematics, etc.

Function testing, installation supervision and commissioning (domestic and foreign).

Technical inspections and acceptance tests of low and medium voltage switchgears in Brazil (in accordance with NR10), transformers (up to 35MW), motors (up to 9MW), etc.

Preparation of technical specifications (German / English / Portuguese), for example, software development in the programming language Modula-2, for sheet-fed offset printing machines as in plant construction for iron ore pelletizing and sintering facilities in Brazil.

Design of substations for medium and low voltage (13,8 / 6,6 / 4,16kV and 480 or 460V) within sintering and pelletizing facilities up to 9Mt / a, power rating of approximately 52MVA.
