- Project Leader of "Reengineering Billing Processes Project" at Telefonica Mexico using the eTom
Methodology to unify the Billing Processes, obtaining a 35% reduction in times in
the monthly closing activities..
- Lead the project "Migration from CFD to CFDI" at Telefonica Mexico for the different billing platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Automatic and manual invoicing) ending in time and budgeted cost.
- Lead the Transition Project (Spin-off) Hospira Mexico; Responsible for the
implementation, administration and follow-up of the Transition Project to establish
Hospira Mexico (Regional Offices of Latin America) as an independent company of
the Abbott Hospital Division ending with the allocated time and budget.
