I have always been passionate about building things and problem-solving.
Around 2010 I started building websites, having a good eye for esthetics, and then moved towards building data-driven applications. My first experience was with Python and Django, but I quickly moved to Ruby and Rails which I absolutely loved!
Over the past decade, I've brought to life multiple production systems with different technologies. The first 5 years of my experience consists of working with Ruby and Rails only - both as a developer myself AND leading my team of developers.
In the years that followed, I also started working with Elixir and brought numerous Elixir/Phoenix systems to life, all while still being involved with Rails projects.
Since 2015, AWS has been my main choice for housing these apps and I have a very extensive hands-on experience with multiple AWS services.

Lead the development of a complex inventory management system that gathers products and standardizes them for importing into a product catalog. Currently handling over 150 000 products, the system automates the work of 30+ people. The system is building using Elixir and ReactJS.

Led the development team that built all internal software tools using Ruby / Elixir / React / AWS taking the company from 2 to 1500 employees over the course of a few years. Operating in a new industry (Medical Cannabis), no existing tools were available, and ergo with my team, we developed over 15 systems for different departments.
