    • Client wished to increase current sales by expanding the current collaboration and/or find potential new partners. In order to develop country specific value propositions a better understanding of the current market situation was required. It also served as a feasibility study for further investment in the Japanese market.
    • Study involved research in Japan including set up and conducting of interviews in Japanese and field research. Online research for different parts of the study included a majority of Japanese sources such as manufacturers websites, online shopping portals, online shops, press, magazines, trade papers and blogs as well as social media.
