Role : Sap CRM Functional Consultant
Deliverables
- Implementing SAP CRM Solution in APW President and the scope of this project comprised implementation of Sales and Marketing functionality for CRM-UI of SAP CRM which defines the global standard for Service in APW President.
- Worked on Marketing and Sales Scenario, where actively participated in Campaign management process, Configuring Business Transactions and Item Category (Lead, Opportunity management, sales Quotation/Order Management) with setting on Copying Control and Item Category determination.
- Worked on segmentation of business partners by ELM and Attribute for creating target groups by using segment builder for campaign Management.
- Customizing CRM Basic functions on Partner determination procedure, Organization data determination, Status profile and Incompletion procedure for various transaction type and item category.
- Actively Participate in Customization of classification and customized sales cycle and Customized sales stages and subject profile for reason of status.
- Configured Web UI includes defining business roles, navigation Bar profile, and work centre.
