SD / CS Consultant - Full implementation
One hundred consultants from different countries working in one of the largest implementations in Chile. SAAM is the leader in port operations and services of tugboats. My participation as SD focused on customizing and automation of prices, rates and discounts. The CS flow consisted of a Sales Service, Order of Service, Operations and Notifications. The phases were the survey process, modeling, construction, Go live and post productive support.
It was a very complex business where we had to adapt the standard solution with a high level of ABAP developments. This feature makes this model may be taken to launch a new vertical industry solution for shipping companies.

IS-Retail Consultant – Functional Specifications
El Palacio de Hierro is the largest department store in Mexico. Within the pool of existing developments I had to work with the functional specifications for mapping fields in the output interfaces to the eight legacies in module prices. They were taken in Solution Manager and corresponded to a modeling Aris. Then the software factory uses a local partner to develop programs to update their status in Redmine.

Supermarkets: From business blueprint to Go-Live. The communication was 70% in English language because team leader group was from SAP India. I have been working specifically in the testing of new developments for Price & Promotions module. My tasks as Leader assistant were: To Understand functional specifications and business issues in order to create Markdown plans, promotions, and interfaces. In this big project was been involved most than 100 consultant and key users, in order to cover an organizational structure of more than 200 stores around the country. In this project team participated consultants India, China, USA, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. From SAP and several partners.

As a consultant in Customer Service (CS) I worked on processes: On-site repair, repair into customer place, management of spare parts, maintenance schedule. We do Business Blueprint, customizing, Go-Live, and also training for users in classrooms of 15 people in the cities of Santiago de Chile, Concepción and Viña del Mar.
