Since my first contact with SAP in December 2016 I have participated in different implementations of
the Roll Out type to different decentralized entities and dependencies ministry of the Government of
the Republic of Panama.
I have developed out activities such as functional support, incident attention, SPRO configurations,
development tests carried out for each entity. User training for different entities implemented and to
be implemented (for the Accounting and Treasury modules). I have participated in the first definitions
of some entities that I have supported.
As a support consultant I have performed tests on the system in finance (FI), budget (FM) and logistics
modules (MM). As well as executed customer requirements design until it is put into productive use.
