Storage Planning - Involved in storage planning and design with client to resolve critical business issues and minimizing non value adding activities in warehouse.
Configuration Set up all required business processes in SAP EWM for inbound, internal and outbound processes which involved (
kit to order, automatic packing during inbound, VAS order setup during goods issue, WOCR rules for outbound process , Cross docking(opportunistic) , packaging specifications, handling unit management , PPF set up, Cartonization planning, Physical inventory set up, batch management , Layout oriented and Process oriented storage control , deconsolidation process , Planned replenishment and order based replenishment , Resource management , RF setup, forms and reports for various business activities, warehouse monitor, warehouse layout mapping in system, ERP-EWM interface set up, configured picking and Putaway strategies with capacity check, Usage of BADIs for various functions like delivery documents mapping, erp-ewm interface, WOCR rules, put away, picking strategies etc.
