SAP BI/BW Analyst – UOL – Universo Online (since October/2011)
Development of improvement projects, implementation in BW 7.4 on HANA, BW 7.3 using oracle database, ETL extractors in Business Objects DataServices 4.2, reports in Business Objects 4.1 toolkit and BEx.
 
On maintenance, monitoring and correction of data loads from different legacies (DB Connect, ECC, Data Services 3.0 e 4.2) to BW.
 
Highlighted projects:

1. SAP BW 7.4 on HANA Implementation
- Activities: implementation of a new SAP BW environment using SAP HANA technology supported by Sybase IQ as near line storage. Some objects already implemented were migrated from the old environment to HANA, however all BW models were redesigned to use the maximum of SAP HANA capability;
- SAP products used: BW 7.4 and HANA;

2. On going projects on BW 7.4 on HANA
- Activities: implementation of new data models in SAP BW 7.4 on HANA according to business area needs by defining achitecture, business needs compliance, development and  follow up until the final customer's acceptance;
- SAP products used: BW 7.4, HANA Studio, Business Objects 4.1, Data Services 4.2;

3. Upgrade SAP BW from Netweaver 7.01 to 7.3
- Activities: perform functional and security evaluation of the environments delivered by BASIS team, apply SAP notes and bug corrections;
- SAP products used: BW 7.01 and 7.3;

4. Business Objects 4.0 toolkit implementation
- Activities: define specifications as implementation strategy, name convention and development standards;
- SAP products used: Business Objects 4.0 and BW 7.3;

5. Migration from Business Objects DataServices 3.0 to version 4.2-
- Activities: migrate ETL jobs and BW extraction structure, apply SAP notes, bug correction, specify implementation strategy, define name convention and development standards;
- SAP products used: BW 7.3, Business Objects Data Services 3.0 and 4.2;


Functional Support Analyst – Asyst International (September/2009 – October/2011)
SAP ERP support for Global Johnson & Johnson – PP, PM, QM, MM, SD, WM, BW, APO, CRM, FI and CO modules – performing follow up activities for improvement and corrections workflow and documentation, authorization analysis, custom and standard reports maintenance, end-user remote assistance, Lotus Notes, master data analysis, integration between SAP and other applications and knowledge base documentation.
 
Participation in the following projects acting in support team training:

1. Return on Promotional Spendings
- Objective: using historical data to stimulate sales in a promotional scenario returning an index that indicates if the promotion results worth its costs;
- SAP products used: R/3 and BW/BPS;

2. Sales & Operation Planning
- Objective: comparing the market demand and the factory production capacity for setting achievable goals;
- SAP products used: APO and BPS;

3. Transportation Tool Improvements
- Objective: reduce rework and increase regional approvals efficiency;

4. Request Delivery Date (RDD)
- Objective: calculate and identify the minimum delivery date when generating sales orders;
- SAP products used: R/3 (SD) and CRM;

5. Order Tracking
- Objective: track sales orders lifecycle alarming exceeded deadlines in order to improve the service level;
- SAP products used: R/3 (SD);

6. Inventory Reservation
- Objective: guaranteeing inventory for the most frequent buyers under the customer selling scenario;
- SAP products used: APO and R/3 (SD);

7. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Objective: Improving the current EDI system for sales orders receiving;
- SAP products used: R/3 (SD);

8. Electronic Invoicing
- Objective: increasing the efficiency of the customer billing process and fulfill local audit requirements;
- SAP product used: R/3 (SD);

10. Mobile Sales Application
- Objective: provide tools to the sales force for importing flat files, creating sales orders and extract offline reports;
- SAP products used: CRM and R/3 (SD);
 
JAVA ME Developer – Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Abril/2009 – Setembro/2009)
Scientific Initiation activity receiving support from CNPq for mobile technologies development. This project regarded the automation in data collection and reports procedure performed by a health care agent by developing an application that could be run directly from a popular mobile phone. This project was an association between the Science and Technology Department (Universidade Federal de São Paulo) and the Primary Family Health Care Program;
 
Developer Support Analyst - OnSet Tecnologia (Setembro/2008 – Abril/2009)
Windows Vista and XP migration project for Global Johnson & Johnson that aimed the development of compatible application packages in different languages using Wise Application Studio, SMS Installer and Visual Basic Script. It provided a direct dealing with customers from different countries. The contract ended due to the demand fall and a commendation letter was received;
