I am a Certified in SAP SD with 13 years of total experience and close to 9 years of SAP implementation & support experience in SAP SD, MM spanning across multiple global accounts. I have got extensive experience in SAP support, a gateway interface, integration with external applications. Capable with an ability to identify and then deal with a client’s requirement by translating them into appropriate solutions.
Perform IT advisory role from both; Continuous Improvement (CI) & IT Strategy perspective; and suggest long-term IT solutions to business systems portfolio problems. Career mentor to colleagues on their respective interest areas such as SAP, Business Analysis, Agile etc. Contributed to design workshops to implement solution features to best realize the business value. He has helped design, improving and drive implementation DevOps for our client. Help in solution testing, implementation and support transition activities.
