requirements according to business processes as implemented in the SAP, definition of the scope
of training and development of training material. Support to the functional team for testing
activities. Support customer services in intercompany processes in specific company business
process structure and pricing scheme.
Intrastat export reporting. Monitoring of incoming and outgoing EDI IDoc messages for Customer
Service: incoming sales order, outgoing messages to warehouse for sales and physical shipping
with ESP (External Service Provider). Support users in three different locations in their local
language: Germany, Italy, and France.
Supply Chain and Logistic Execution: dealing with inbound and outbound IDocs for various
activities between SAP and external systems: in case of Warner Chilcott the exchange of
information is between SAP and Phardis (DAFNE). Use of the following transaction WE02, WE05,
BD87 and for POS WPER. Furthermore the use of customized transaction for extract message error
types faster. Follow up of IDoc error. IDoc errors are handled according to the following
requirements: human error (example wrong scanning of article or serial number, wrong use of the
scanning device), business error (i.e., Order Desk or Planner makes a wrong allocation of
goods), technical error: wrong the data mapping between systems. Support to formal test
activities of the current implementation.
