- Being the person in charge of the department of incoming material control (responsible for the inspection team) delegating tasks
relevant. - Incoming inspection electronic and mechanical parts, using all necessary equipment such as: calliper , micrometre, Height Gage, Hardness Testing Machines, profile projector, Granite Surface Plate:
- Inspection in accordance with the drawings and technical standards
- Visit to suppliers for inspection and technical evaluation
- Knowledge of IT: Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP MM module and Quality tools (ISO 9000, 5S, Kanban, CEP, etc.).
- Reporting and collecting data for indicators – “Performance of Suppliers”
- Work performed in the laboratory of fluxometry "mechanics of fluids”, using appropriate equipment such as bank flow, calliper and barometer.
- Preparation of reports with data collected from testing to the Department of Engineering Product Development.
- Assembly of parts and testing to analysing the correct functionality.
- As a Quality Inspector, inspection of assembly line
carburettors / fuel injection, using all means of inspection
as: calliper, micrometre, dial indicator / probe sudden,
calibrators threads and holes, burette to measure injection volume and flow
solex to measure micro holes.
