My Profile:
Professional membership, registered in C.I.V “Colegio de Ingenieros de Venezuela” Engineers Association of Venezuela (Member ID No. 186.117). A Civil Engineer with more than 8 years vast experience in construction works, specializing in quality control concrete as a coordinator of 5 plants. Experience in ready-mix concrete operations as a supervisor of industrial production. Also experienced as a resident engineer in the private and public sector in the construction of apartments and residential buildings. Knowledge of tenders in construction works, accountancy and evaluation as well as experience in construction of roads and motorways, concrete paving, edges and sidewalks. Also specializes in Management Quality Control and Inspection of Works.

aggregates and ready-mix concrete. The company was nationalized in 2008 with the name INVECEM, S.A.
and belongs to the Socialist Corporation of Cement Venezuela
Roles & Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Coordinator
• Audit the quality plan of concrete plants and aggregates, adhering to all procedures and forms of changes
in the ISO 9000 management system.
• Analyze statistical indicators and quality of raw materials and finished product, in order to develop and
implement, together with the Plant Manager, preventive and/or corrective actions in concrete plants and
aggregates.
• Audit the use of approved mix designs for each concrete plant, as well as the modifications required by
changes in raw materials.
• Evaluate and execute the optimization of concrete designs at the industrial level.
• Define and supervise the execution of purchase requisitions of concrete and aggregate Laboratories.
• Coordinate and supervise the execution of the program of preventive maintenance, verification and
metrological calibration of the Laboratory equipment of concrete and aggregate plants (including corrective
maintenance).
• Coordinate the metrological verification and calibration program of concrete plants and aggregates. Control
the handling and mobilization of Laboratory equipment.
• Respond to requests and complaints from customers.
• Comply with the requirements of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, Venezuelan norms and legal
regulations inherent to the work area, with the purpose of maintaining certifications thereo
