Responsibilities:
Scope, plan and manage the project utilizing SAP Activate methodology, Solution manager 7.2 and SAP Best Practices. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project within the agreed scope, comprising of time, cost and schedules. Proactively identify, manage and mitigate the project risks and issues, including the development of contingency plans. Ensure that all deliverables are documented and fit-for-purpose. Managing each phase of the Activate implementation methodology to ensure that all quality gates are met and signed off, before proceeding to the next phase of the project. Managed a budget of $4.5 Million and 25 consultants between in-house consultants and the system integrator.
