    • For Philips Lighting India Rollout I participated as SD Consultant where my role is to understand the template and implement the template functionality and define solution for the local gaps.
    • I led Fit Gap session and identified the Gaps which were presented to India business and Global BPO. After approval I build the system with localization for India with proper functional and technical specifications and training documents. I defined the business process mapping list and based on that prepared the test and training plan. After successful SIT/UAT the project went live. I supported the users during hyper care and later handed over the project to support team.
    • In PepsiCo I was responsible for implementation of LE-TRA. After evaluation of business pain-points I presented the report to the process owners and we found LE-TRA could be the best solution for PepsiCo India.
    I implemented most of the LE-TRA functionality including Road, Air, Sea, Courier, Cargo transport scenarios.
    • With introduction of LE-TRA, the process change and retraining was key for the organization especially with the elimination of Z processes and in FI_AP processes with introduction of PO/service entry sheets during freight cost settlement.
