I am consultant of Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules for 12 years. I have fundamental information about all the logistic and financial modules and integration of all. I am specialized in integrations between the systems of R/3, CRM and other external warehouse systems. I am also specialized in design and customization in all OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
I have worked with all phases of a SAP implementation Project from requirement collection, pre-study, business blueprint, design, hands-on customizing, end user training, to go live and support. I worked both as a team member and as team lead.
I have experience about SAP SD Sales Processes, SAP SD Logistics and SAP SD Billing Processes on SD modules. And Also, SAP CRM Sales Processes, SAP CRM Marketing Processes, SAP CRM Service Processes and ABAP programming in SAP CRM.
