SAP Consultant

• More than 13 years of IT experience, including customer advisory and service management, strategic direction, project management, planning and operation of IT governance strategy, software development life-cycle, and establishing Quality Management processes and tools in different industries, such as chemicals, pharmaceutical, mill products, mining, oil and gas, utilities, financial services, retail, fashion, agribusiness, healthcare, telecom, public service, construction, real estate.

• Extensive experience working, living and traveling overseas in Latin America, Europe, US, South Africa and Australia.

• Comprehensive knowledge and certifications in ICT value chains and processes, SAP products, third-party tools, methodologies and best practices (e.g. ITIL, CobiT, PMBoK, Prince2, CMMI, SAP Activate, Run SAP).

• Demonstrated track record of successfully driving agile execution of simple to large and complex projects, programmes and portfolios from start to finish, ensuring high quality solutions delivery on time and on budget.

• Functional, technical and engagement lead and Trusted Adviser within the organisation.

• Solid knowledge of integration and architecture with SAP platform and product suites, with experience in designing and optimising complex application systems across multiple technologies on premise and on cloud.

• Built ongoing relationships with the top five global strategic clients with effective stakeholder management and technical leadership.

• An skilled presenter and public speaker, able to establish rapport with audiences and convey information with clarity.

• Ability to identify sales opportunities ($10M+ deals), and progress in conjunction with other team members (revenue of $1M+ yearly).

• Promote collaboration, create synergy and increase engagement among staff, provide advise and feedback for long-term development.
