Responsibilities:
- Material Master, BOM, Work Center/Resource, Master Recipe, Production versions.
- Planned Order and Process order execution.
- Treat issues for QM master data, Result recording & UD, batches creations & handling & COA.
- Identifying root cause, performing detailed analysis and solving incidents raised by business within the SLA.
- Problem determination includes re-creating the issues, determining the point of failure by stepping through the ABAP Code and identifying the problem resolution.
- Providing end user training and user manual of new functionality in production system.
- Working with On-shore team, communicating with business pro-actively for faster resolution.
- Working on Change requests along with technical team to understanding of new requirement, make required changes & perform testing before transporting of new functionality to Quality & Production systems.
- Preparing Functional Specification documents in accordance with requirements.
- Regression testing of new business processes to be implemented across all plant
- QM standard Changes: Create QM Master Data Code Groups and Selected Sets, Catalogues, Assigning Signatures and Logos on COA’s, Printer assignment.
- PP Standard Changes: Factory calendar, Assigning MRP controller, Define control key, create schedule margin key.
- Grooming and mentoring new team members for growth & support activities.
- Working in coordination with automation team to automate the PP/QM manual step in testing project.
