Responsibilities
Supporting HR Module activity - Ensure timely response and resolution of problem ticket within stipulated time by adhering to the severity level benchmarks. Providing 1st line support to solve issues involving personnel administration and organizational management and coordinating proper communication and rerouting tickets to appropriate team members necessary. Providing end user support by answering phone calls and email enquiries. Assisted SAP HR staff with various support issues including personnel actions

Organization Management
Created and maintained organizational structure including organizational units, jobs, positions, cost center assignments, etc.Integration between OM and other Modules. Customized the account assignment for cost center at department level. Maintained the number ranges for organizational units. Customized the reporting structure, matrix structure for positions. Personnel Administration

Creation of Pay Scale structures consisting the elements Payroll Area, Pay Scale Group, Pay Scale Levels. Creation of Basic wage type for payroll accounting. Define Period Parameter & Date Modifier.
