Project scope was the analysis of existing reporting processes and technologies. In particular, the data-deductible from SAP BW, the data-transmission in a customized repository, the construction of the repository, the automated formatting functions as well as existing template technology. Request coordination with the financial and IT departments. Implementation of approved changes without interruption of operation.

Also the existing templates were analysed and replaced by new, more efficient technologies. So could the output be increased by several thousand pages with better quality and faster creation time.
