Payroll (PY): • Creation and Configuration Payroll Components like Payroll Area with help of Period Parameter & Date Modifier, Generation of Payroll Periods, Control record. • Creation and Configuration of Payroll Wage Types for Basic Pay, Additional Pay & Recurring Payments with relevant characteristics for payroll accounting. • Written more then 20 PCR for Payroll and worked on Schema like ,XT00, INNR, INAL,INAP.

Joined BSNL (Govt. of India Enterprises) in July 2010 as JTO (Junior Telecom officer), responsible
for operation and maintenance of all kinds of Telecom services like Mobile, Broadband, Leased Line
and many more for 2 Subdivisions in Shimla Telecom District under Himachal Pradesh Telecom Circle
till Oct. 2014. Also responsible to co-ordinate among the different state and central department at
Subdivision & across the subdivision level to regulate all kind of telecom services. Managed all
subordinates staffs posted under me ( Appox. 80) in my Subdivision Shimla telecom districts.

* Incorporated the 7th Pay commission in SAP HCM successfully.
* Solely handled 100% customized Vigilance module as per guideline of CVC Govt. of India for
Vigilance proceedings of BSNL.
* Solely handing & successfully implemented APAR(PMS) for 40K executives & 1.5lacs of
nonexecutives of BSNL PMS(Performance Management System) module as per guide line of DOT(
Deptt. of telecommunication) Govt. of India.
