processing and fabrication capabilities. Ryerson Products and services are Metals, Pipes,
Valves & Fittings, Processing & Finishing, Stock List, Surplus Inventory, and Weight
Calculator. Ryerson provide services for Aerospace, Defense, Heavy Equipment, Oil & Gas,
Semiconductors, Shipbuilding, Transportation industries.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare the test data and scenarios for functional testing and business process
testing (Order to Cash).
* Test and prepare the scenarios like, Complaints and return management, Campaign
management, Activity management, Opportunity management, Territory management, Order
and quotation management, Account and contact management, Service order management
etc.
* Prepare the test condition for the scenarios in SD (Customer master manuals, stock
transfer depot to depot and plant to depot, pricing condition vendors and customers,
Sales return depot etc).
* coordinate completion of Assembly Test, Product Test and Regression Test on time and
on budget
* Test the lead management process eg Lead generation, qualification, and distribution.
* Test the marketing plan management/execution.
* Test the complete life cycle of sales process i.e. Sales order to invoice. Quotation
to order Confirmation.
* Test the Maintain Solution search, service request management, Complaints and return
management
* Under opportunity settings verify opportunity group, origin and priorities
* Test the sales Quotation, sales order as per client requirement.
* Campaign Management through Marketing and sales.
* Collaborated with business and development teams to manage scope and ensure defects
are properly prioritized and resolved
* Worked across teams (development, data cleansing, conversion) to coordinate issue
resolution and assembly test completion
* Testing tool used HP QC10 for mapping the business process status and for reporting
the errors with the screen shots.
* Prepare the individual test report based on the error status.
