Job Profile:
* Coordinate distribution of material for locations from warehouse members at mundra, gujrat.
* Responsible for systematic process of supply chain and tracking of material in supplying sites
from warehouse.
* Responsible for Invoice verification, C Forms collections and smooth process of Supply chain.
* Arrangement of suitable transport according to shipment on best freight from market.
* Maintain inventory ROL and reconciliation of short & excess stocks in warehouse.
* Tracking Import of goods from overseas, coordination with CHA's, shipping lines and custom
clearance.
* Tracking and Working on Purchase Order Creation (PO), PO release, Goods Receipt (GRC), MIRO and
MIGO, and Return and cancellation (MBST and MBRL), site to site entry and transfer, Movement
types, Stock transfer order (STO), Delivery Order (DO), Transfer Order (TR), TR confirmation,
Handling unit creation (HU creation), Site to site HU transfer (delivery order), gate entry and
exit etc in daily operations.
* Attend to the tickets and calls and resolve / respond on time, which occur Daily base in
operation server regard Supply chain & Transportation module (like Flag deletion and maintain for
continued and discontinued articles, Goods posting)
* Manage ROL Level and procurement and report to management accordingly.
* Responsible for MIS Reports like Daily and monthly Sale, requirement sheet, Warehouse Stock
report, site to site Goods transfer and inventory report etc.
* Coordinate with Warehouse management, discuss for the inbound and outbound.
* Generate Requirement and dispatch report accordingly.
* Scheduling of MRP Run process.

Job Profile:
SAP-WM :
* Technical SPRO-settings of SAP WM with Consultant.
* Define plant in company and company code.
* Responsible for the SIT status of stock transfer CLA to the stores and return from the store to
CLA.
* Having worked on ERP Reports (Vehicle Expense, Fuel consumption).
* Extra dispatches plan in advance, during the festival/peak seasons by creating manual stock
transfer order.
* Creating Organisational Structure - control parameters for Warehouse Number, Assignment Warehouse
to Plant location.
* Configuration of Warehouse Settings-storage types, sections, bin types, type indicators, unit
types, section indicators, requirement types and controlling plants.
* Define difference indicators; transfer Types, movement types, picking locations.
* Responsible for IT-solution which occur in Supply chain & Transportation module like article
listing, flag for deletions in DB tables, package reconciliation, package movement, delivery &
invoice manipulation etc.
* Excellent knowledge with MS office (excel, word, power-point, access) tools.

SAP-MM :
* Worked with Support team of SAP MM.
* Create Master Data : Materials Master, Vendor Master, Purchase info Record, Purchase Order (PO),
Purchase Requisition (PR).
* Article assortment and listing through BDC.
* Providing support regarding PO, GRC, GRT, invoicing process.

Program & T-Code:
* Develops 'z'-Programs for the Planning, Execution of Journey, and Change of Journey with
Shipment No that is get from VT01N.

SAP SCRIPT / SMARTFORMS:

* Created different layout sets using transaction code SE71. Created windows, Paragraphs, page
windows according to the company requirement and company LOGO is copied from tiff file.
