They have two different SAP landscapes for their business ( Sugar and Power ) and I was handling both those landscapes and performed Solution Manager 7.2 Installation and configuration for Sugar business landscape and performed Solman upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2 for Power business and also upgraded Oracle database from 11 g to 12 C for Solman.
