Key responsibilities:
* Leading a Team of tester and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Create and execute complex test cases for SAP SuccessFactors systems on testing platforms
using own in-depth technical analysis of specification.
* Using HP ALM to maintain and execute test cases, raise defects and ensuring successful closure
to defects.
* Responsible for SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll functional testing and integration testing.
* Maintain Test Traceability Matrix ad prepare Daily Test status report for Test Manager.
* Supporting UAT and preparing Test scripts based on the business requirement.
* Work closely with development and business team to ensure all defects are managed and cleared
and support integration activity when needed.

Key responsibilities:
* Testing the SAP functionalities such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration,
Time Management, STP, Payroll and Kronos.
* Worked on Kronos business requirements, testing Kronos pay rules, pay codes, work rules,
Function Access Profiles, Data Access Profiles, Shift Guarantee's Holiday Rules and much more.
* Execution of Time evaluation, wage type report, leave reports etc.
* Executing payroll, off-cycle payroll, audit payroll, checking pay results, deleting pay
results.
* Role and access-based testing: IDAM
* STP for regular pay cycle, out of cycle payment, LWOP, Change of ABN between periods,
superannuation liability, generating reports etc.
* Hands-on experience in SAP Success factor employee central.
* Hiring employees, Transfer, maintaining info types and wage type in the system.
* Creating organizational data and org structure.
* Planning of the new requirements by clients, test design and test execution in parallel.
* Creating test reports and test strategies for the testing process.
* Mass loading data using LMSW and Cloning the data for testing.
* Testing ESS, MSS, ServiceNow, Sail Point.
* Hands-on experience in Panaya and HP-QC test reporting tools.
* Handling UAT and parallel run process.
* Writing test scripts, test cases, Business process documenting etc.
* Hands-on experience in working on Kronos for time management.
* Supporting business users in understanding new functionality introduced and provide support to
perform User acceptance testing.
* Effectively working with Test Manager to prepare the Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Data for
both System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities
System Testing:
* Track and prepare the report of testing activities like testing the results, test case
coverage, defects discovered, and their status.
* Testing S4 HANA for the upgrade.
* Test the bulk amount of data (Mass Testing) equal to or more than daily transactions.
* Functional testing: Testing the functionality of the system to check if it meets the
requirement of multiple modules such as SAP HCM-PY, SAP SD, SAP TM etc.
* Unit testing: testing every single new development and preparing the document for automation
testing.
* Integration testing: cross-module testing along with different teams like HCM, TM, SD, and
other SAP modules.
* User Acceptance Testing UAT: creating user training documentation and conducting training
sessions for the end-user and the business leads. Travelled to the different business site to
support the training and production issue. Troubleshooting the issues or bugs in the system
and preparing the technical document for the development team for the fixes.
* System Integration Testing SIT: Testing the system at the final stage after integrating with
external systems and external software.
* Perform mock test and regression testing before deploying to production with the business
on-site.
* Preparing various documents such as test documents, user manuals, test data, test reports.
* Reviewing the test results with teams and with technical team for fixes.

Business/Functional Analyst:
* Expertise in As-is Analysis, Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, Blueprinting, Hyper care
support.
* Work on Agile Methodology. Designed the roadmap for the project implementation.
* Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices.
* Documented business process and analysed the procedures.
* Implemented user acceptance testing with the focus on documenting defects and executing test
cases.
* Manage cut-over activities for system refresh and upgrades such has S4 HANA and TM 9.5.
* Train the offshore team-members to resolve issues related to post go-live activities for newly
implemented sites.
* Test unique requirements and write scripts for the automation team for mass testing.
* Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and various end users to ensure technical
compatibility and user satisfaction.
* Liaise with users to formulate and document business requirements.
* Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, system
functionality, and behaviour.
* Responsible for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, and implementing
system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
* Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the
project decision making.
