• Worked as a PTS (Plan to Stock) Consultant in Enhancements and Projects
• Involved in Enhancements like Logistic Service Provider (LSP) Implementation, V-plants (Contract Manufacturing) implementation, Abnormal Scrapping, Custom Movement Types, Serialized products.
• Involved in automation of plant various plant creation processes, worked with automation anywhere team and designed generic process of plant creation.
• Complete analysis on the Demand and provide the Solution accordingly.
• Involved in Preparing the complexity analysis and efforts estimation for each demand/requirement.
• Involved in Configuration, Master data setup and Testing of PTS related Enhancements/ Projects.
• Worked on Business scenarios like Stock Transport orders (Document type ZB, UB, ZJ, UJ), External Procurement, ACM (Amgen Contract manufacturing) process, Sub Contracting, Raw Material Procurement, Clinical STO (Document type 3PD) and Rapid response.

• Prepared Test scripts and Test sets in HP ALM for various levels of testing like FUT, INT and OQ.
• Testing skills: Hands-on experience on Manual Testing using HPALM tool in Test Scripts design based on the scenario (Test Plan), Test sets Preparation based on functionality (Test Lab), overall reporting from ALM, Defect Management including QA approval.
• Cross-Applications: Configuring skills of ALE/IDOC, Good Exposure to Inbound and Outbound process of ALE &EDI IDOC's (Monitoring, Data Editing, and Reprocessing)
• Familiar with message types such as DESADV, STATUS, WWINVE and WMMBXY. • Coordinated with Rapid Response team during setup and testing of new plants.
• Worked on the CHARM tool to manage the Transport request (TRs) movement to different clients
• Documentation management: Have been involved in CDOCs, EDMQ and ISM tool maintenance for documents review and approval to avoid customer compliance.
• Involved in Support during Business Testing and Post Go-live support of enhancements.
• Preparing the KT documents and providing the KT to the Support Team to further handle the things after hyper care completion.
