The Walt Disney Company, commonly known as Disney, is an American diversified multinational mass
media and entertainment conglomerate headquartered at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank,
California. It is the world's second largest media conglomerate in terms of revenue, after Comcast.
Disney was founded on October 16, 1923, by Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney as the Disney Brothers
Cartoon Studio, and established itself as a leader in the American animation industry before
diversifying into live-action film production, television, and theme parks. The company also
operated under the names The Walt Disney Studio, then Walt Disney Productions. Taking on its current
name in 1986, it expanded its existing operations and also started divisions focused upon theatre,
radio, music, publishing, and online media.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Worked on production support.
* Analyzing the incident tickets and providing permanent solution.
* Analyzing the problems to provide solution to the user generated errors and incident.
* Communicating with the quality accuracy developing team with regarding issues
* Providing the solution to the users generated errors on various subject like pricing sale
document, item category and schedule line category
* Provided 1st Level Service Desk Support Onsite.
* Provided 2nd & 3rd Level Application Support.
* Responsible to resolve maintenance requests.
* Analyzing the errors, searching for causes of errors, provided corrective solutions and
suggested for preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
* Working on demands and incidental tickets.
* Training for end users on SAP functionalities and navigation.
* Extensive exposure in MIM and involved in discussions with the client and delivered
successful presentations to the client.
* Prepared the training documents for the team in understanding the work architecture and was
Team lead to a team with size of 14 members.
* Responsible to develop the KEDB for recurring incidents and maintain them in the tool.
* Trained the other team members on the functionalities and usage of tools.
* Identified as the super user from the client and have been one of the key contributors in
testing any update in the tools used.
* Creation and customization of customer master records, Item proposal and material master
(SD Part).
* Configuration of relevant Sales Documents like Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order and
customized their utilities as per End user request.
* Formulating the end user training for SD module in SAP R/3, which included preparing End
user Manuals and imparting classroom training.
* Involved in discussions with other modules like MM, PP, FI, ABAP teams at the time of
integration.
