system demo for the clients.
* Strong knowledge of XML & html language, worked on Compensation letter enhancements, template
enhancements through xml file.
* Worked on setting up compensation statements, budgets, business rules, guidelines, statements,
worksheets, route maps, currency conversion table, standard reports and publishing of data.
* Defining and designing process maps/process flows with an eye for attention to details.
* Doing Customization of customer's instance, as per the requirements like budget calculation
configuration on the worksheet, merit guidelines, eligibility criteria, text replacement,
creating custom fields.
