Project Details This is transition project migrating VS an WAMC employees into DFSI SAP system.
Deliverables:
* Preparing business blueprint (BBP) documentation by understanding the business process and
requirements.
* Interacting with PAG core team members to understand some specific business requirement and
capturing in AS-IS section of BBP.
* Perform gap analysis by identifying, analyzing and reviewing business requirement and
providing optimal solution accepted by business. Update the design details in the TO-BE
section of the BBP document.
* Configuring system as per the design document and prepared function specification for some
customized solution like First-aid allowance and leave accruals.
* Preparing upload template and shared with client to provide the employee details in the
specified format.
* Created LSMW for the data loads in SAP development system and deployed into other systems.
* Performed unit testing, Integration testing and regression testing and supported user
acceptance testing to ensure quality and integrity of the system.
* Perform cutover activities by uploading the data in production system and reconciled the data
to ensure 100% data accuracy.
* Supporting first payroll run after migration into Govconnect SAP system and provided hyper
care support for first three payroll runs to make employee pay and other details processed
successfully.
* Configuring new process for Sick leave mutual leave fund as per Inspector's award rules with
90% automation.
* Creating LSMW for the info types which is not updated through IDoc for Data services team.
* Creating new PCR'S for Sick leave mutual leave fund, Overtime rate calculation for Inspectors,
Additional recreation leave for remote area and proration changes for employees working on
49.98 hours schedule.
* Perform parallel Payroll run by using POIT payroll comparison tool during unit testing and
ensure the difference be in below tolerance level.
