Project Description
Level 2 support includes SAP Functional and Technical (Basis, ABAP, Security, and XI) Development
services are provided by team based in UK (Solihal) and India (Hyderabad).
Typical activities of L2 team are - Writing the Functional specifications for the change Requests,
Configuration changes where needed and creating master data. Doing FUT (Functional unit testing) for
the Cr's ones build is completed, Fixing the defects when any arises during SIT.
Giving KT to the App support team once done with development and FUT(Functional Unit Testing) & SIT.

* Member of Project Engineer for Plant maintenance process with integration of mobile device
Sysco and click Scheduling.
* Written Functional Specifications for the New Change Requests.
* Working on Change Requests and testing the same.
* Taking training sessions to new project members on Change Management.
* Have good interaction with onsite business user to understand the functionality and resolve
the issues.
* Participated in Clint offshore visits and made successful with my contribution.
