Description: Ariba is a global Source to Pay solution tool used by the Major consumer good clients to register and onboard their suppliers for performing sourcing, contracts, and procurement activities. Ariba can also integrate with ERPs like SAP ECC as a backend for processing all types of transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Providing Support to the SAP Ariba SLP and Supplier Risk users.
• Modifying the Templates for Supplier Request, Supplier Registration, Engagement Request, and SM Modular Questionnaire based on the enhancement requests provided by the client.
• Coordinating with different teams like SAP ECC (Vendor Master) Team for resolving vendor interface-related issues.
• Sending the risk assessments to the correct supplier contacts if users are unable to send them.
• Reactivating/ Closing the task based on the request from the business users.
• Coordinating with SAP team for getting solutions either by raising customer influence for the new requirement in Ariba or by raising SR while facing any issue working with Ariba and also for the challenges faced during enhancement.
• Creating a training manual for the Ariba SLP and Supplier risk users for a better understanding of the process.
• Replicating the issues in the test environment that users are facing in production and providing the solution to the users based on the test results and understandings.
• Creating and providing Ariba reports related to Supplier Data, Risk assessment data, etc. for the users.
• Preparing Functional Specs document and providing the test data and also providing the challenges we are facing based on the enhancements suggested by the client.
