Senior Merchandiser & SAP key user

* Directly coordinating Buyer to get the Business
* Once Order received then collecting all the details from Buyer to execute sample and also
to arrange price
* Sample development initiative taken
* Price negotiation with buyer & supplier/Vendor
* Confirmation of order and receive the order with all details(Purchase order, Nominated
supplier for Trims, Nominated logistic)
* Taken initiative to provide all required services
* Fabric booking, Accessories booking
* Swatch card & Trim card approval
* Ensure row material in-house and follow up with vendor on daily bases
* Arrange PP making and checking and sending buyer for final approval
* Concern with authority about stock product
* Arranging Sample test for 3rd party testing(If required)
* Prepare all the document to support Pre final & Final

SAP key user Responsibilities:

* Provide first level of support for problems faced by end user
* Raise HD (help desk) tickets for un-resolved problems & follow through till effective
resolution & initiative steps to eliminate future occurrence (E.g.: educating end user).
* Identify & initiative changes/improvement if any for your process
* Leading the UAT(User acceptance testing ) during version changes /delivery packages
* Creating BOM
* Creation of master records such as Material Master records, Vendor Master Records, and
Purchase Infor Records
* Gathering all details and helping Senior Functional consultant to create BRS(Business
requirement specification)

* Planning and coordinated product availability for advertising and promotion purpose
* Negotiated prices, discount terms and all transportation arrangement for merchandise
* Estimated vendor performance metric to evaluate service
* Verified product appeared at correct locations in proper quantities
* Entering all data related price ,Supplier details & Trims in VESTURE soft wear
* Monitored inventory levels and kept adequate stock trims and product fabric
* Inspected Merchandise for the required quantity
* Tracked & Recapped key item performance
Relevant skills
* Inventory Management, Procurement, Vendor Management ,Material Requirement Planning ,Costing &
Contract Negotiations, ,Analytical & Extremely well organised, key eye for details

* Collecting information from supplier and updating TNA to buyer on weekly bases
* Sourcing fabric, accessories(Locally & internationally) to eventually provide all the
required quantity within the given time frame
* Supplier location visit to monitor knitting ,dying printing & production
* Responsible of handling sampling from an enquiry gathering all information from buyer to
provide a good price keeping in mind the competition globally
* Devoting special emphasis to punctuality and time deadlines to maintain outstanding track
record product delivery with excellent quality
