Motherson's old EDI platform utilizes the QAD EDI solution. As Motherson has decided to use SAP PO
as their strategic middleware solution, Project Involve Creation of B2B Integration Interface on SAP
PO.

Environment : SAP PO 7.5(Single Stack)

Contribution & Responsibilities:
* Understanding the requirements, analyzing the functional specs, Mapping sheets and involved in
the designing of interfaces.
* Involving in Preparing Technical Specifications and Unit Test Plans.
* Developing interfaces for B2B Scenarios.
* Worked on Node Functions.
* Involving in creating all objects of Enterprise service repository and ID.
* Involving in Adapter framework for communication channels like RFC and EDI adapters.
* Involving in creating Alert categories and Alert rule for different conditions.
* Transfer the enterprise service repository and ID Objects to Quality using file system and
CTS.
* Interacted with Functional Analysts for clarifications on functional specifications
* Worked on Technical Specification documents, coding and Unit Test Plans.
* Carry out testing along with Functional consultant for all the developments.
* Developing Interfaces and co-coordinating with the connectivity teams - partners as well as
middleware for the successful end to end execution

Responsibilities:
* Solely handling the PI Development which includes understanding the functional requirement,

* Development of Interfaces, Supporting in SIT (System Integration Testing), Documentation and
Transport Activities.
* Actively Involved in Interaction with Business/Users at Client Site for requirement
discussions.
* Project involves 40 interfaces which includes both synchronous and Asynchronous Interfaces.
* Node Functions are majorly used.
* Adapters Used: IDOC, SFTP, SOAP,FILE,HTTP,RFC.
* Analysis of functional specifications from the Client and make sure that they are feasible.

* Developed Data types, Message Types, Service Interfaces, Message Mappings and Operation
Mappings. Imported SAP standard Interfaces for IDOC and RFC adapters.
* Preparing Technical specification and Interface details from Functional specification.

* Preparation of Technical Specifications documents from functional specifications; design and
development of programs and interfaces to meet business requirements. Preparation of detailed
and technical design documents

* Understanding the requirements, analyzing the functional specs and involved in the designing
of interfaces.
* Involving in Preparing Technical Specifications and Unit Test Plans.
* Involving in Monitoring Message from Configuration and Monitoring.
* Involving in creating Alert categories and Alert rule for different conditions.
* Transfer the Integration repository and ID Objects to Quality using file system.
* Involving in Message Mapping.

* Monitoring of various business processes at runtime and Monitoring the message flow, analysis
and status tracking of different processes.
