Role:      Project manager for automotive solutions
Tasks:   I was asked by AGC to analyze the market for off-the-shelve-solutions for automotive specific problems and subsequently set up and manage the implementation for the selected solutions from SAP ACS, WSW & G.I.B. (discontinuation/ramp-up, mass-change of sales SAs, VW Caldel-process, Dispocockpit). The tasks included: acting as SPOC between AGC and the selected supplier, engaging internal resources for various tasks (installation, unit-, integration- & user-accetance-testing and training) and lastly to lead the JIS-implementation for a greenfield in Morocco.

Tasks:    Optimization of the end-to-end logistics processes for PP, SD and MM. Getrag didn’t document the setup during their SAP-implementation and thus didn’t have proper training material for new users. Over the years, the employees were changing & didn’t have the resources to continue using a fully functional system. Instead, the new users helped themselves by switching to Excel/Access and other tools. Our task was to analyze and optimize the given system, enable the users to use it and establish a sustainable approach (training framework, documents & plans) so that the same situation wouldn’t come up again.

Tasks:    SAP-template design and roll-out. Tedrive was the result of a management buy-out and had to pay serious monthly fees to their former owners for using their system landscape. The task was to come up as fast as possible with a functioning design that could be used stand-alone. As part of the SD-team, I was responsible to facilitate workshops and gather customer requirements. Customize the system accordingly. Specify developments were the standard had a gap. Organize the entire data-migration for my team and eventually deliver hyper-care and stabilize the plants.

Tasks:    SAP-template roll-out. OMV had bought the Romanian state-owned petroleum company PETROM and rolled out their SAP-system IRIS. Initially, the task was to train the trainers. After the customer was satisfied with my work, he asked me to run the trainings to the end-users myself. This happened in a way that I held the training in English, while translators translated simultaneously into Romanian language.
