I started my academic path in law, but soon realized that despite of my strong persuasion skills, my heart belongs to Marketing and more specifically, Digital Marketing.

Currently, I\'m working in Teleperformance Portugal since March 2015. It\'s part of the Teleperformance group, worldwide leader in Customer Experience Management and shared services for international markets. With a team of 6.000 employees, we provide services to around 56 countries in 28 different languages.
I\'m responsible for all the online content and advertising related to the Recruitment department such as Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and E-Mail Marketing campaigns. I am also responsible for the recruitment content creation, I manage national and international suppliers and the website\'s chat. All this experience allowed me to develop my marketing skills such as content planning/management, data analysis and web copywriting...

Incredibly efficient is what comes to my mind when I think about Margarida's work. Being a part of the German Recruitment team as an International Recruiter, I work with Margarida for about a year and often we need to change ideas about new creative ways to use the different marketing channels (both offline and online) to improve our results and reach more candidates.
